Critical Thinking

Isn't it interesting how people will twist and turn things to fit their own little perception of reality. For example when a 17 year old African American female becomes pregnant, it's a crises in "Black America" but when a 17 year old Caucasian female becomes pregnant it's a blessit miracle. Why is this? Why are black teenage fathers referred to as baby daddies but white teenage fathers are just that "teen fathers". If you're reading this blog, please take the time to do some critical thinking before just excepting what people, the media, and even the presidential candidate wants you to think and believe. My Critical thinking teacher says "The story of the hunt will always glorify the hunter until the lion tells his story" I encourage any and everyone to read, ask questions, and know what and why you're believing in something before you begin to believe in it. KNOWLEDGE is TRULY POWER.

Exactly. This post and shared sentiment reminds me of a post I recently wrote entitled Never Judge A Book By Its Cover: Come Harder.

A wise man once informed me that people will believe pretty much anything, until they learn to think for themselves - I agreed.
